Founded in 2018, R4 Career Guidance was established with a mission to help students and working professionals choose the right academic stream and career path. Over the years, we have successfully guided numerous students through accurate career counselling, with parents witnessing positive and measurable results within just three years of counselling.

After six years of extensive research in human behaviour, psychology, and career decision-making patterns, we developed our own scientifically designed assessment tool to provide deeper and more personalized career guidance. Our research revealed that career success is not determined only by qualifications, but largely by an individual’s natural personality, interests, aptitude, values, and behavioral strengths.
